RocksDMadara again, no one is forcing the author to sell the rights to translate their manga into animation. They should hire better lawyers and agents who can negotiate them a much higher price to license their content and translate it into a TV series or movie like how its dine in the USA, where authors/comic book creators get paid millions to have their original content adapted into TV series and movies.

Za then the mangaka should increase their licensing fees. No one is forcing them to license their original content at a such a low rate to animation studios. License it the same way USA studios pay millions to an author/creator of a book or comic book to turn it into a TV series or movie. Problem solved!

Given how the majority of animators are paid so poorly and work ridiculously long hours each week, I'm glad Demon Slayer is raking in the cash. Hopefully the studio has increased its salaries for their animators as a reward for all their hard work. The seasonal animes that are produced are often made in sweat shop conditions at the workplace and most of them are garbage. I prefer quality over quantity when it comes to anime or video games. I hope the more successful anime series besides Demon Slayer also try to increase their fortunes by releasing them in movie theatres. Its actually more fun to watch really good animation with excellent special effects in a movie theatre as opposed to watching it at home in a smaller screen.
