I'd say Paladin 7 / Warlock 5, foregoing one asi in favor of unlocking level 3 short refresh spells & Eldritch smite. (For a 2014 version, I don't do 2024)
Fun fact, in 2014, there is absolutely no rules preventing to double smite an enemy with both divine and eldritch on a successful hit, including a critical. So long as you use 2 slot at once.
Personally I have a preference for Oath breaker /hexblade, like most people, but oath breaker / genie warlock are fun too.
