I have spoken to Forge Daughter AND Ballow after Act 2 AND after finding the Old Diving Bell, but NEITHER of them are saying anything about it or the Diving Bell Key.

Well, this also doesn't work in Ranked modes at all because you have to ABOVE level 1 just to ENTER a ranked match.

So you can't possibly get a bot lobby in Ranked modes anyway.

So are they punishing players for using bot lobbies in UNranked matches then?

Because that's the only modes where bot lobbies can even exist, and so it has ZERO effects on your RANKED standing.

So that's unfair to punish casuals for playing casually in UNranked modes because ACTUAL cheaters are finding OTHER ways to cheat in RANKED modes.
