Always giving limit breaking anger since he was a child, making him and Broly similar as seen in the most recent chapter. Imagine if Broly had been awakened by grand Kai. We also cannot forget Gohan has also trained very hard. We've seen what happens when he doesn't. Don't forget his brutal training in the HTC at only 11yo.
