Okay ao clearly these people have not watch/finish Evangelion past NGE.

Otherwise they would know that, that version of Eva-Unit01 is not even remotely the strongest version, that would go straight to both Eva-Unit01 and Eva-Unit13 in their awaken forms. This would be due to the fact Eva-Unit01/13 were able to transcends upon the reverse universe that holds countless amounts of timelines/reality of which because of the Eva's powers within those 2 specific Evangelions they are able to go into the past present and hell events and dive into the memories making it into reality and change the perspective of the world to fit such actions when they were fighting. As such this would mean Eva-Unit13 along with Eva-Unit01 have broken and change/alter reality, warped space/time, and have destroyed concepts during this process, aswell broken the 4th wall when they enter the studio in Japan like literally they broke out of reality into the processwhere they film Evangelion3.0+1.0 on top of using weapons that allows them to make any wish like the Holy Grailbut on a omnipotent scale with 0 withdraws no matter how grand it is. Overall Eva-Unit13 aswell Eva-Unit01 would have irrelevant speeds + layers into outer-versal to boundless or whatever is the current metric to scale these character with these feats.
