The Cyberpunk novel "No Coincidence" goes into further detail and sheds some light about what's going on with the Peralez's indirectly, as one of the main characters has the same thing going on with him. It takes place around the same time as the events of the game, and some of the game's characters make appearances (Dum Dum from the Maelstrom has a major role in it). I highly recommend it if you want to know more about the whole Peralez mystery, Mr. Blue eyes and the black wall.
