I think something that is important to mention about this is in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Loki is canonically genderfluid unlike a lot of the characters that you mentioned who could have a gender-bent skin. The importance of Lady Loki is that NetEase is acknowledging the fact that Loki is genderfluid which I personally think is really awesome. So while I agree with you that NetEase will probably not do this again, I think a better thing to focus on is that NetEase has represented Loki's genderfluidity in a great way!
