What do you mean by "you can tell by his control of super saiyan"?

Goku had super saiyan mastered before he even made it back from Namek.

Remember when him and Trunks sparred right after Goku returned from space? Not only did Goku turn to SSJ instantly with no set up, and proceeded to block trunks' sword attacks with one finger. Trunks also asked if he could turn SSJ at will, and goku said that he had trouble at first, but now he can do it. Then he did.

So, no. There is no evidence that vegeta was stronger than Goku apart from Goku having the virus at the time. Its VERY unlikely that Vegeta passed Gokus base form during that time frame, and SSJ is simply a multiplier of the base form power. Their SSJ multiplier is the same, so their base power is what makes the difference. Vegeta would have needed to close a huge gap to catch goku, and as we've seen with the hyperbolic time chamber, goku trains more efficiently.

Sure, reading CAN be hard. For example, was reading the title hard?

If Vegeta is listed, its implied the author is saying he can beat Ultra Instinct Goku. Its not my fault the author contradicted his own title with his explanation. He listed Vegeta as a character stronger than U.I Goku, then commences to say that Vegeta might not be stronger than U.I Goku.

So, yeah...reading CAN be difficult when contradictions come into play.

There's actually no evidence that Babidi helped Vegeta unlock SSJ2. For all we know, he already unlocked it, and knowing Vegeta, that's exactly what he did. He saw Gohan do it, and had 8 years to learn it. Im certain he already could transform to ssj2 before the buu saga.

Next, its doubtful that vegeta was stronger than goku when he first achieved super saiyan. Goku was suffering from the virus before he even fought android 19. Considering piccolo was able to easily beat android 20, and him and goku trained together the whole time, its safe to assume base form goku at full power could beat android 19.

Gokus base form was SO much higher than vegeta on Namek, its extremely unlikely he would have closed that gap in such a short time, especially since Goku has shown numerous times to be more efficient with his training than vegeta.

Although, I will say that when Vegeta hit SSJ and goku was suffering from the heart virus, that was one of the few moments where vegeta was the strongest fighter in the universe (which lasted maybe an hour until 17 and 18 were activated, and then a second time until he let cell go perfect).
