Gohan is the strongest, he could have killed buu, but goku distracted him. Half breeds are genetic marvels that increase a saiyans S cells. So Gohan goes from supersaiyan 2, to his new form. It's a transform on the same level as goku and vegetas, but it's more effective on a superior half breed. Gohan will always surpass his genetically inferior father.
