Honestly I can't see them using that many planets.

The first game used six, though the first and last were very limited.

The second used 3 planets and 2 space stations, though again, the first, last and lunar space station were pretty limited and about 2/3 of the story happened on just the planet Koboh.

I can't see them using 8 planets in part 3. Probably 2-3 planets and a couple of space stations or capitol ships.

I get the feeling that a lot of it will be based around helping Merrin to liberate Dathomir from Thrawn and the Nightsisters aiding him after his return during the Ashoka TV series, it might even fall to Cal and Merrin to bring Ashoka and Sabine back to the main galaxy. Cal bringing them back could fit nicely with Ashoka Season 2 & Cameron being confirmed for a live action appearance.

Dathomir also works as a location rich in the Dark Side.
