Disagree... Wait about 6-10 months and then come back. You will have plenty to do with a new, and hopefully better, expansion on the way as well as a lot more variety of content to do to catch up and spend your time.

Jason where winds meet is kinda doing that. Personally, I hate that game and the AI stuff feels dystopian and terrible... But they have AI chat bots in the NPCs you talk to and build relationships with. The first guy I talked to was sad that he was aging and single and I was supposed to make him feel better about that.

Uhh... You didn't create anything. This game was not made by you. You are adapting someone else's work... Oh, and likely incorrectly translating the information as well. AI for localization cant come fast enough. Tired of these types.

Most of the people that are really upset are just the ones that engaged in... Well, adult content... Which is something they should not be doing in game anyway. You dont know how old the person you are talking to is, and if the *ahem* adult... Content... Is engaged in somewhere other people can read your... Role-playing fantasy... Then you dont know their ages either. Officially, square enix has said they aren't monitoring everything people say and do, but all it takes is someone reporting you for it to become a problem. Far too many people were playing this game and basically doing nothing but "ERP" or at best just adult themed role play. I think they went after the right mod, as this one didnt just target people that wanted to use mods to enhance their own experience... And they were actively engaged in content that is officially not allowed to be done in game, and all the way up to being straight illegal in real life. Much like with Roblox's PR nightmare, I doubt very much SquEx wants to be involved in facilitating this sort of content being part of their game.

Aaron patents dont just die, they mostly get sold to patent troll companies that make money off settlements with companies that would rather not fight it out in court. Basically miniature nintendos...

Lloyd final fantasy 14 has classes with 30+ abilities and has controller support and has had controller support since it was created over 10 years ago and has always been on consoles. Final fantasy also has much more complicated crafting and gathering, and I would say a larger variety of menus and strange optional content with unique interactions, much more so than wow. The only reason it isnt on Xbox is they haven't been able to get the Xbox to run it to a satisfactory degree.

Also, final fantasy has NO mod support, as all mods are banned, and has no "ez-mode" single button nonsense either. When you play Paladin (class with most unique abilities) I believe people are in agreement that you can get it to work on the base controls they offer by sacrificing a single button for something inconsequential, of which there are several options to exclude without impacting anything seriously.
