I wish "region discrimination" could be a formal legal term instead of some excuse for gaming companies to practice their business strategies (for when players feel they have received unfair treatment when they're denied access or support based on their location).
Harry Potter Game Petition is Blowing Up
It's frustrating that every major entertainment company now includes mandatory arbitration clauses in contracts that customers must sign to access their products (Disney Plus, Harry Potter: Magic Awakened etc.). This prevents the community from filing class action lawsuits, which would be a more reasonable way to address issues like Warner Bros.' Breach of contract and other questionable practices. Furthermore, it is unfair for a game company to offer no 'warranty' on virtual items and to claim that "all purchases are final and no refunds are available."
We need to continuing fighting for our customer rights.
