The timing of this Post couldn't be any better for me personally. After being a long time fanatic of the show I've recently been reading the comics in order for the first time. Literally got to the issue where they haven't long arrived in Alexandria?2 days ago, and this random group says Negan's iconic line. Great to have an explanation. I like that a random leader said this and like all the unfriendly groups up to that point (Excluding the Governor's assault) were dealt with swiftly. But when Negan says it, the big bad wolf has truly arrived. The first threat Rick and co can't deal with quickly and have to appear to submit to in order to win in the long term.
