Pickleball has officially entered the world of video games with the recent launch of PPA Pickleball Tour 2025. Developed by FarSight Studios in collaboration with the Professional Pickleball Association, this new sports game is now available for Xbox, PlayStation (PS4 and PS5), and Steam, with a Nintendo Switch release scheduled for July 26.

The game features over 16 of the world's top pickleball players, while also allowing players to create their own character and participate in Career Mode or Quick Play. Players can experience motion-captured player movements for every pro in the game, similar to what tennis games like Top Spin have done in the past, while also collecting and equipping their characters with gear from real-world pickleball brands.

Similar to Top Spin 2K25's Career Mode, players can level up their skills by competing in simulated PPA Tour events in singles, doubles, and mixed doubles formats. Quick Play mode offers a fast-paced experience, allowing players to choose their character and engage in competitive matches against advanced AI. The game also includes a variety of venues, such as San Clemente, CA, and Atlanta, GA, where players can compete for a Triple Crown in PPA Tour events.
