Pokemon TCG Pocket grants 5 Pack Points every time a player opens up a pack in Pokemon TCG Pocket, with the player able to redeem Pack Points for any card from the set provided they have enough. Pack Points are exclusive to the pack they come from, with each expansion having its own separate Pack Point count to use for cards from that specific set. A new update is now sharing a helpful failsafe for players collecting Pack Points.

The post confirmed that Pack Points earned from specific sets in Pokemon TCG Pocket will not expire after a pack leaves the in-game shop, with players able to still redeem their Pack Points for cards. The Pokemon Company also confirms that TCG Pocket's in-game tooltip regarding Pack Points is incorrect, with an update coming later to address the issue.
