Sylveon ex is a decent core card to include in deck builds. With 140 HP, the Fairy Wind attack deals 70 damage per turn when 2 Energy is equipped, and the Happy Ribbon ability allows you to draw cards when using Sylveon ex to evolve Eevee.
Another secondary ace Pokemon that is a perfect fit for Sylveon ex is Giratina ex.
