With a global fan base that enjoys a wide range of films, games, and television shows, the Pokemon franchise is one of the most popular of all time. Pokemon's prominence in the gaming industry is also remarkable, as seen by the publication of renowned games like Pokemon Go, Pokemon Sword and Shield, Pokemon Red and Blue, and numerous more. After a fantastic launch in January, the most recent installment, Pokemon Legends: Arceus, is among the top 3 best-selling games of 2022. The Pokemon community remains excited, as the next generation of Pokemon games, Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, is just over three months away.

Pokemon Scarlet and Violet are set to be released in November 2022, bringing about the start of Gen 9. Since the release of the first trailer of Pokemon Scarlet and Violet in February, fans of the game series have flooded the internet with exciting designs of their favorite pocket monsters. Recently, a fan created a cute animation featuring Dratini, while another creative Redditor created an amazing art piece featuring a poison-type Pokemon.

Fuecoco is arguably the most popular of the three starter pokemon to be introduced in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, as it is the focus of a majority of the fan art posted online. Recently, a creative fan designed their own version of Fuecoco's evolution. Now, Redditor PaleAd6109 has created an enthralling final evolution of Fuecoco as a rock croc. In this art, Fuecoco resembles a crocodile, but orange in color with fire coming out of its nose, suggesting that the original poster imagines it will undergo a fire-type evolution path.

The art piece received mixed reactions from members of the Pokemon Scarlet and Violet community. In the comment section, the original poster emphasized that they basically tried to combine all the different and sometimes contradicting leaks about Fuecoco's evolution. They describe their version of evolved Fuecoco as part crocodile, part rockstar, and part firebird. Meanwhile, Reddit user Sceptile_Trainer6592 was thrilled to see the fan art and named the creation Punkaimán.

While Fuecoco fan art appears frequently, the other two starter Pokemon set to be introduced alongside it, Sprigatito and Quaxly, are also proving to be quite popular. Not a long ago, a fan on Reddit published an amazing sketch of the final evolution of Quaxly, which was adored by the Pokemon community. Fans have become heavily reliant on leaks and rumors, as the Pokemon Company has released only two trailers, and a lot of important information about the game's features is still unavailable. Until more information is shared, fans can expect to see creative art pieces like this that imagine the starters' evolutions.

Pokemon Scarlet and Violet release on November 18 for Nintendo Switch.
