The official Pokemon Twitter account has revealed the exact date and time that the next Pokemon Scarlet and Violet trailer will drop, with fans able to tune in to the Pokemon YouTube channel at 6am PT on Tuesday, November 8 for the latest update. Pokemon Scarlet and Violet are currently scheduled to launch as Nintendo Switch exclusive games on Friday, November 18, and so it's quite possible the November 8 trailer will be the last big reveal before launch, though that has not been confirmed at the time of this writing.
Pokemon Scarlet and Violet reportedly have over 100 Pokemon that they have yet to reveal to the public. No official details on what to expect from the next Pokemon Scarlet and Violet trailer, but one has to imagine that it will include new Pokemon reveals. Most Pokemon Scarlet and Violet trailers have revealed at least one new Pokemon, so fans tuning in tomorrow morning should be treated to fresh reveals.
Otherwise, it's anyone's guess as to what the next Pokemon Scarlet and Violet trailer will entail. Previous trailers have already offered deep dives into Pokemon Scarlet and Violet's battle gimmick, the co-op feature, the open world Paldea region, and the three distinct story paths that Pokemon trainers can tackle. It seems the only reveals left would involve new Pokemon, so maybe the Pokemon Scarlet and Violet trailer on November 8 will mainly be focused on revealing new creatures.
When is the Next Pokemon Scarlet and Violet Trailer?
Out of all the potential new Pokemon that could be officially revealed for Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, it seems safe to say that many fans would be most interested in seeing the starter Pokemon evolutions. While some Pokemon fans would rather be surprised by evolutions, others would prefer to know in advance what their starter Pokemon will evolve into in case they don't like its final form. However, with Pokemon Scarlet and Violet so close to launch, it's possible that the decision has been made to keep the starter evolutions secret until the games release next week.
One Pokemon Scarlet and Violet starter Pokemon that many fans are anxious to see the evolved forms for is the Grass-type Pokemon Sprigatito. Game Freak has a history of turning four-legged Pokemon into bipedal creatures by the time they reach their final form, and there is some concern that the same will be done with Sprigatito. Hopefully the new Pokemon Scarlet and Violet trailer provides some concrete answers.
Pokemon Scarlet and Violet launch on November 18, exclusively for the Nintendo Switch.
