Pokemon Scarlet and Violet Players Develop a Way to Beat Samurott in Two Turns

A group of Pokemon Scarlet and Violet players create and share an easy way for trainers to beat Hisuian Samurott the Unrivaled in just two turns.

How To Find Mighty Hisuian Samurott Tera Raid

Before players can access Tera Raids, it is mandatory to complete the main campaign. Once that's done, take part in the Academy Ace Tournament at Naranja Academy to unlock 5-star Raids, and keep taking part in 5-star Raids until Jacq gets in touch to unlock 6-star Raids. Once players have unlocked that, players can take part in 7-star raids as well.

The Mighty Hisuian Samurott Tera Raid will end on December 3, 2023.

The Mighty Hisuian Samurott Tera Raid can be found similarly to the other Tera Raids that have taken place in the game previously. The most straightforward way to locate a Tera Raid is by looking for the black beams of light in the sky, similar to regular raids. Players can then simply follow it to reach the Tera and should be able to participate by interacting with the black crystal. Alternatively, it can also be accessed from the Poke Portal.

Best Mighty Hisuian Samurott Raid Counters

Iron Hands & Miraidon Scarlet and Violet

Mighty Hisuian Samurott has the Water Tera Type, which makes it weak to Grass and Electric-type moves. One of the highlights of Mighty Hisuian Samurott is its Sharpness ability, which boosts the damage of slicing moves by 50%. This is a really handy ability, and it can make attacks such as X-Scissor and Ceaseless Edge quite powerful.

On top of that, Terrastalization can also boost the damage inflicted by Water-type moves. As far as its moveset is concerned, it can have Ceaseless Edge, Swords Dance, Bulldoze, Razor Shell, Focus Energy, Sacred Sword, and X-Scissor.

A few well-known strategies have been popular in the community for taking down Mighty Hisuian Samurott. For starters, the best counters for Mighty Hisuian Samurott are Miraidon, Iron Hands, Alolan Ninetales, Bellibolt, Rotom Wash, and Appletun. Miraidon and Iron Hands are two of the most popular among these.

Miraidon's Hadron Engine ability works extremely well for this battle, considering that Samurott is weak to Electric-type moves, and Hadron Engine boosts all Electric-type moves. For attacking, players can use Parabolic Charge and Electro Drift to easily whittle down Samurott's health.

Likewise, for Iron Hands, Wild Charge and Thunder Punch can effectively take down Samurott. For others, the strategy should be similar to maximizing the offensive stats and capitalizing on Mighty Hisuian Samurott's weakness against Grass and Electric-type moves.
