The demo is about battling, chasing Zygarde, and then fighting a rogue Mega Evolution in Pokemon Legends: Z-A with Lucario as a partner, most likely showcasing live how Megas work in the game.
Considering that this is confirmed, and it's happening as soon as tomorrow, there is a strong chance that there will be a new trailer on Sunday, August 17. The last day of World Championships typically includes a trailer during the closing ceremony, and with August 17 being just two months away from Pokemon Legends: Z-A's launch on October 16, it seems like the perfect date to hold the tradition in place. However, there is also a chance that this Sunday will break this longstanding tradition.

Why a Pokemon Legends: Z-A Trailer Needs to Address Its Biggest Unanswered Questions
If a new trailer drops, it should be bigger than the last or at least match it. Considering that players will have a demo available at the event, there is no reason not to have a dedicated gameplay trailer that shows battles in depth, alongside the new Mega Evolution meter in Pokemon Legends: Z-A, which could give players a better insight into how often they will be able to Mega Evolve their critters. Since there are seemingly no new Pokemon species or forms in the game, it all hinges on the Mega Evolutions, and if the meter charges too slowly, it could kill the vibe for fans.
Likewise, with 26 new Mega Evolutions leaked for Pokemon Legends: Z-A, there needs to be more than a couple revealed before launch, as they will be one of the driving factors for players to purchase the game and be excited for it. Mega Dragonite can be enough for some fans, but for those who don't particularly like this specific critter, they may need more.
As such, assuming a trailer is indeed going to be shown at Worlds 2025, it can't be a generic one, and it needs to hammer home all the key points that fans are interested in before launch. If this doesn't happen or there is no trailer in the first place, August 17 may turn from a potentially great day for Pokemon Legends: Z-A into a big disappointment.
