How To Get Tatsugiri & Mega Tatsugiri in Pokemon Legends Z-A Mega Dimension
To get 
Tatsugiri and Mega Tatsugiri in Pokemon Legends Z-A Mega Dimension DLC, players need to progress further in the Hyperspace Lumiose Survey Missions. To be precise, complete the Hyperspace Lumiose Survey Nº2, then talk to Corbeau to receive the coordinates of a new Rogue Mega Evolved Pokemon.
Travel to the location, which will be a Sushi High Roller Restauran t north of Rogue Plaza 
Wild Zone 3. Once players arrive at the place, they'll see Korrine waiting for them. Enter to face the Sushi in a cruel battle for supremacy.
Mega Tatsugiri maintains most of the moves from its regular form, but they are considerably amplified by its Rogue Mega Evolution. Avoid fighting it head on, and most importantly: Dodge the Orange Balls (Roe Attack), because they hurt a lot and they will down the trainer in seconds.
Once Mega Tatsugiri is defeated, trainers get to catch a Tatsugiri (Curly Form) and receive the Tatsugirite needed to Mega Evolve it. Now, let's talk stats, moveset, and optimization for this quirky Pokemon.
Is Mega Tatsugiri Any Good in Pokemon Legends Z-A PvE/PvP?
Truth be told, Tatsugiri could be one of the best new Mega Evolutions added with the Mega Dimension DLC. It reaches a BST of 575, which doesn't enter the threshold of Pseudo-Legendary, but sure does the trick for this Pokemon.
Mega Tatsugiri receives a +10 on its Speed (92), a +30 on Sp. Def (125), +15 on Sp. Atk, and +15 on Atk (the latter is useless, since it's better as a Special Attacker). Careful with this stat distribution, since it's not all too good, but not too shabby at the same time. It might be tricky to make it work, but when it works, Tatsugiri is nearly unstoppable.

Pokemon Legends ZA is a little different from previous titles. Here are some helpful tips and tricks to help you reach Lumiose City's top ranking.
Did you know? Players can access a Shady TM Vendor that sells lots of cool new TMs in exchange for Mega Shards. Only available for those who purchased the Mega Dimension DLC.
Pick Modest or Timid nature to maximize its Sp. Atk capabilities, and the following EV Spread to make it a fast Special Attacker: 252 SpAtk /4 Sp. Def/ 252 Speed.
Now, for moveset, pick Waterfall, Draco Meteor, Surf, and Nasty Plot. It is a good idea to add Ice Beam instead of Surf, and even though it doesn't benefit from STAB, it will be a nice asset against so many Dragon-types roaming around the PvP arenas.
Work around the edges of the Arena and deploy Draco Meteor when possible. Use Nasty Plot to boost Sp. Atk and then drop in with Surf and Waterfall to make Physical Spammers and Bulk Holders like Mega Tyranitar or Mega Excadrill suffer. Always consider using Ice Beam for control, since it has a lot of reach and a decent Cool Down. It's not perfect, but it can work nicely against Mega Dragonite.
It is also worth mentioning that Mega Tatsugiri doesn't have three different forms. Every Tatsugiri form evolves into the same Mega.
