Wild Zones are home to the majority of Pokemon in Pokemon Legends: Z-A, and Wild Zone 8 has quite a unique selection compared to other parts of the city. Wild Zone 8 isn't unlocked by default in Pokemon Legends: Z-A, so you'll need to climb the ranks before you can access it.
You'll unlock Wild Zone 8 after reaching Rank V in the Z-A Royale competition, the main progression path of Pokemon Legends: Z-A. It'll take a few hours of gameplay to reach this point, so you'll have to visit other Wild Zones to build up your team first. Once you're ready, these are the Pokemon you can find in Wild Zone 8.

Learn how to unlock all 20 Wild Zones in Pokemon Legends: Z-A and which Pokemon and Alpha Pokemon you can expect to find in them.
Pokemon Legends: Z-A Wild Zone 8 Pokemon
You can find Wild Zone 8 in the northeast section of Lumiose City, nestled in between Wild Zones 3 and 6. There are six species of Pokemon to catch in Wild Zone 8 in Pokemon Legends: Z-A.
-
Drilbur
-
Gible
-
Machop
-
Numel
-
Sandile
-
Krokorok
In addition to these six Pokemon, you can also find an Alpha Krokorok and an Alpha Camerupt within Wild Zone 8. These are much stronger than the other Pokemon in the area, so bring your strongest team! The Alpha Camerupt only spawns during the day, while every other Wild Zone 8 Pokemon can be found at any time.
Wild Zone 8 has a simple layout compared to some of Lumiose City's other Wild Zones, so you shouldn't have too much trouble tracking every Pokemon down to earn that 100% completion rating. Your team should be a little above level 20 in order to comfortably explore this Wild Zone, but the Alpha Pokemon will still pose quite a threat since they're a higher level than everything else.
You'll continue to unlock even more Wild Zones as you progress through the main story of Pokemon Legends: Z-A. If you're having trouble leveling up your team, check out some of Lumiose City's side quests. Some of them even reward free shiny Pokemon.
