The Pokemon GO Winter Wonderland 2023 event brings multiple Collection Challenges and debuts the Big Horn Pokemon, Wyrdeer. Since Wyrdeer is debuting as a 3-star raid boss, players can also get a chance to encounter Shiny Wyrdeer if they win the raid. There are two event-themed Collection Challenges: a Catch and Evolution-focused Collection Challenge and a Trade-focused Collection Challenge.
The Winter Wonderland 2023 event starts on Saturday, December 23, at 10 AM and runs until Sunday, December 24, at 8 PM Local Time. Event participants can experience several bonuses, including 5 Special Trades per day, 50% less Stardust for trades, and winning raids rewards 2x XP in Pokemon GO. Pokemon GO trainers can access two different Collection Challenges as part of the Winter Wonderland 2023 event. Regarding the rewarded Pokemon encounters, Wyrdeer and Holiday Psyduck are excellent catches. Wyrdeer is a dual Normal/Psychic-type with a maximum Combat Power (CP) of 3089 and a stat spread of 206 ATK, 145 DEF, and 230 STA. The Holiday Psyduck is a solo Water-type with a maximum Pokemon GO CP of 1250 and stats comprising 122 ATK, 95 DEF, and 137 STA.
