Pokemon GO trainers can participate in the Sizeable Surprises 2024 event to encounter new Shiny monsters. The event introduces new in-game content, such as a Field Research quest, multiple Collection Challenges, bonuses, raid battles, and more. Completing these playable content can reward players with Shiny Wimpod, Shiny Wailmer, and more.

The Pokemon GO Sizeable Surprises event starts on Thursday, April 4, at 10 AM and runs for 5 days until Tuesday, April 9, at 8 PM Local Time. Players can participate in 5-star raids featuring Celesteela and Kartana to secure a chance to encounter Shiny Celesteela and Shiny Kartana for the first time during the event. The Field Research quest features multiple tasks that reward different in-game items and featured Pokemon encounters upon completion. In addition, the event offers 2 different Collection Challenges, which also reward valuable items and Pokemon encounters.
