Pokemon GO made waves in the video game industry upon release, making fans’ dreams of becoming a Pokemon trainer come true. The game offers a mobile experience that blends the digital world with the real one by leveraging the smartphone's GPS and camera, pushing players to explore their surroundings to catch virtual Pokemon that appear in real-world locations, while encouraging physical activity and social interaction. Pokemon GO has been downloaded over a billion times and remains a cultural phenomenon despite having been released in 2016. Pokemon GO confirms the release of new forms for the Galarian Legendary creatures Zacian and Zamazenta, giving details about their availability.

Pokemon GO’s Raids are now easier to coordinate, thanks to the new RSVP planner feature Niantic has added to the mobile game hit. As explained by the developer, the new feature allows Trainers to see on their maps where and when other Pokemon GO players are participating in upcoming Raids. The tool looks pretty straightforward, with players only having to select the upcoming Raids to access RSVP information, like time slots, invites, reminders, and participants.

Pokemon GO’s New RSVP Planner Helps Trainers Coordinate Raids

Additionally, Pokemon GO players trying to get Raid Eggs will be pleased to know that, with the new RSVP planner, they can schedule their Raids as soon as a Raid Egg appears at a Gym, and can check how many other players have confirmed that they’ll join that Raid during specific time slots. The feature comes with some helpful options, like the ability to review Raids players have RSVP’d for, find other Raids close to the player’s location, and get alerts for their scheduled Raid times.

The RSVP planner also allows players to invite up to five other Trainers—no matter where they are in the world—to join them in scheduled Raids and Shadow Raids at a specific time. For players eager to catch Legendary creatures, the developer has announced that Regigigas will star in the upcoming Pokemon GO's Shadow Raid Day on May 17, where players can get bonuses like free Raid Passes from Gyms and try out the new RSVP planner feature.
