Pikachu PhD is only available to those that complete 100 showcase wins, making it quite the task for players to earn. Alongside that, only one Pikachu PhD is available per account.

The costume isn't the only part of Pikachu PhD that is incredibly rare. The Pokemon also has perfect stats, with maxed out attack, defense, and HP.
