Now, multiple players are unhappy with how Niantic dealt with the ticket that promised additional Raid Passes in Pokemon GO's Into the Wild event. On social media, one gamer posted a screenshot of Niantic Support responding to a player on Twitter, who was wondering why they did not gain two extra Raid Passes. Niantic Support responded that “up to two free Raid Passes each day” includes the daily free one.
