Pokemon GO's Fashion Week 2022 event is now underway, and it marks the debut of Mareanie, a Poison- and Water-type Pokemon. One of the ways that players can get their hands on this Gen 7 Pokemon is by working on the Fashion Week Field Research, and there are 11 tasks in total. Not all the Fashion Week 2022 Field Research in Pokemon GO awards a Mareanie encounter, though, and this guide is here to provide a complete list of the tasks and rewards that are exclusive to this event.
As a quick point of clarification, Field Research tasks can be earned by spinning PokeStops in PoGO. However, a PokeStop will only grant one task per day, and players that are interested in many of the Fashion Week Field Research rewards will need to put some effort toward visiting various stops. This needs to be done before Monday, October 3 at 8pm local time, as that is when the event is set to conclude.

As players that peruse this list are sure to notice, the vast majority of the Fashion Week Field Research tasks fall into one of three categories. Those categories center around catching Pokemon, making certain types of throws, and taking snapshots of Pokemon in PoGO, and they are all quite straightforward. Notably, both Blitzle and Glameow will be appearing more frequently in the wild during Fashion Week, making the associated tasks easier to complete.
With respect to the rewards, it is worth mentioning that all the Pokemon that can be encountered, aside from Mareanie, have a chance to be Shiny. While Pokemon GO players can catch these special variants in the wild, the Pokemon that are earned through Field Research will typically have higher IVs. Fans that are interested in a high-IV Shiny Murkrow, Backward Cap Croagunk, Skitty, Eevee, Fashionable Blitzle, Furfrou, or Glameow are thus advised to spend some time completing Fashion Week 2022 Field Research tasks.
