This is important to know, since Deoxys can be found very rarely within the wild but mostly appear within Deoxys Raid Events.

Each of these Deoxys shares the same weakness and should be attacked by the player using these types of Pokemon. If the player wishes to defeat Deoxys, they should get Bug-Type, Dark-Type, or Ghost-Type Pokemon, as they provide 160% damage to Deoxys. Pokemon like Chandelure, Mega Tyranitar, Shadow Tyanitar, Mega Banette, and Dawn Wings Necrozma are the best bets against Deoxys during encounters. Fighting-Types and Psychic-Types give reduced damage at 63%.
Once the player does defeat Deoxys in a raid, they should use a Golden Razz Berry and make a GREAT or Excellent curve throw. This gives the player the best chance to capture Deoxys.
Players should also be aware that there is a shiny version available for each of the Deoxys.
