Additionally, fans also think that this was probably the worst Community Day to increase the price of the ticket. This is due to the fact that the January 2025 Community Day features Sprigatito, whose final evolution, Meowscarada, isn't a great option in the GO Battle League or raids. Players usually buy tickets to have a better chance to get Pokemon with high IV, such as hundos in Pokemon GO, and with Meowscarada not being a viable choice for both PvP and PvE, it seems like a lot of players might refrain from buying the ticket altogether.
