Niantic has just revealed the specific dates for the next season of Pokemon GO's Community Days, likely to give the mobile title's players enough time to prepare for said events. Pokemon GO Community Days are a regular occurrence within the game, and fans are looking forward to knowing which specific pocket monster will be featured on what particular event day.
There has been a lot of activity for the mobile game's community recently, both within the game and in physical locations. The Pokemon GO World Championships just concluded last August 13, while the last physical leg of Pokemon GO Fest 2023 ended on August 20. Overall, it has been a busy month for both the company and the player base, but it seems that Niantic has more up its sleeve. Given that the most recent Pokemon GO season is coming to an end on September 1, it is not surprising for the devs to give the game's fans a heads-up on when the next seasonal events will happen.
According to Niantic, Pokemon GO players can expect the next Season's Community Days to happen on September 2, September 23, October 15, November 15, and finally, November 25. September 2 and November 25 will both be Classic versions of Pokemon GO Community Day, which means that the event will feature a Pokemon that was highlighted in a past Community Day. What's more, the company shared additional dates such as September 17, September 30, October 7-8, October 21, and November 11, stating that these days will have in-game events that the fans can look forward to.
Unfortunately, Niantic did not reveal the theme of Pokemon GO's next season in the announcement nor did the company mention what kind of in-game events will happen during the other revealed dates. Given that it was recently shared that Pokemon from Scarlet and Violet will be making their way into the mobile title this September, the season's theme and activities are probably related to the Paldea region, though that's just speculation at this time. Also, there are three regular Community Days in the list of confirmed dates, so it is possible that the Gen 9 starters will be the featured Pokemon during these days, but that remains to be seen.
Players who have been waiting to see Paldean Pokemon in Pokemon GO only have to wait a few weeks until they can see them in the mobile title. Niantic promises to reveal more information in due time, so fans will have to keep updated on the company's official channels to know more.
Pokemon GO is available for Android and iOS.
