As players peruse this list, they may notice that there is some amount of emphasis placed on making Nice, Great, and Excellent Throws. This works quite nicely with some of the event's bonuses, which award additional XP and Candy when Pokemon are caught with these types of Throws. There is also an increased chance of earning Candy XL from catching Pokemon with Nice, Great, and Excellent Throws during PoGO's Bug Out event, provided that the player is above Level 30.

With respect to the rewards that players can earn by engaging with this event-exclusive Field Research, it is unsurprising that they are all encounters with Bug-type Pokemon. Notably, the majority of these Pokemon can appear as Shinies, with Sewaddle, Silcoon, Cascoon, Dewpider, Wimpod, and Grubbin acting as the exceptions. It is also worth pointing out that Grubbin is making its debut as part of the Bug Out event, and Pokemon GO fans may be happy to learn that they can earn that Pokemon through Field Research.
