Blacephalon will be available in Pokemon GO's 5-Star Raids during the Ultra Space Wonders event, which takes place from May 23, 2024, at 10 AM local time, to May 28, 2024, at 8 PM local time.

Blacephalon will only be available as a 5-Star Raid encounter for players living in the Western Hemisphere. This is because, during the Ultra Space Wonders event, Raid Spawns are determined by which part of the world you live in.
