In Pokemon GO, Ferroseed has a maximum CP of 1064, and a stat spread of 82 ATK, 155 DEF, and 127 STA. Ferroseed is boosted by Snow and Sunny weather and carries a dual type combination of Grass as the primary type, and Steel as the secondary type. Due to this type combination, Ferroseed is weak to Fighting types but has an even more glaring 2x weakness to Fire-type Pokemon and moves. However, Ferrothorn does have resistances to the following types: Water, Steel, Grass, Electric, Dragon, Normal, Poison, Fairy, Rock, and Psychic.

To help work around this huge weakness to Fire types, players will need to determine the best moveset for Ferroseed.
