Cleffa is the baby starting type for Clefairy and Clefable; it can be caught in the wild or hatched from a 2 KM egg. In order to evolve Cleffa into Clefairy, it will require a total of 25 candies; to then evolve Clefairy into Clefable, it will cost a total of 50 candies.
