Pokemon GO is a beloved game worldwide, providing players with their favorite franchise right at their fingertips on their smartphones. While they are out running errands during the day or going for a run, they are gathering points toward cool in-game things and gaining the opportunity to catch some pretty cool Pokemon. Then, when they get home in the evening, they can battle with their Pokemon or even transfer them over to other mainstream games.
One thing that makes Pokemon GO even more exciting is their community days. Sometimes, these allow players to catch a bunch of Pokemon they normally wouldn't see as often, and, at other times, they can even get a Shiny. During some of the events, players will find themselves receiving multiple shiny Pokemon, and they can then trade them with their friends or send them over to a different game via the Pokemon Home application.
Pokemon GO also has Spotlight hours every Tuesday where players can catch certain Pokemon between 6 pm and 7 pm local time.
The dates for the next Community Days have been announced, and fans should be excited to hear them.
Community Day Dates For September and Onward
Community Days are always on a Sunday, allowing everyone proper time to play if they love the game. Before the event, and even during it, players will need to purchase a ticket pass for the day in order to be able to take part in the research challenges, but usually, these tickets only cost a little over a dollar for the handful of hours the event goes on. The research can be completed even after the event.
While these events take place in Pokemon GO, players will have the chance to collect a ton of a particular Pokemon that is featured, meaning they will have a lot to either trade, evolve, or transfer to the professor. This also means they will gather quite a bit of candy for that certain Pokemon as well. Lastly, the chances of getting a shiny Pokemon will be higher too.
The dates below are all the Community Days that have been announced for September, October, and November so far.
