  • A talented fan created Spectrier-themed sneakers inspired by the popular Pokemon.
  • The sneakers boast black and purple colors resembling Spectrier along with other custom features.
  • Fans continue to create unique Pokemon-inspired sneakers, showcasing their creativity.

A talented Pokemon fan has recently customized a pair of shoes themed after Spectrier. The Pokemon community is filled with talented people, and while most fans show their love for the franchise by designing amazing fan art pieces, others such as this fan use their skills to come up with unique objects such as customized shoes.

Spectrier was introduced in the eighth generation of Pokemon games as a Ghost-type Legendary that could only be found in “The Crown Tundra” DLC. While Spectrier is not known to evolve into any other creature, it can be ridden by a Calyrex using the Reins of Unity item, which unlocks a special form called Shadow Rider Calyrex.

Pokemon Fan Designs Ghost-Type Variants of Fennekin and Its Evolutions

A talented Pokemon fan creates impressive new Ghost-type regional variants for Fennekin and its evolutions Braixen and Delphox.

Due to its position as a major boss in the Pokemon Sword and Shield DLC, Spectrier is a fairly popular critter with the community, and one fan called MelodicWeb2161 decided to create a pair of sneakers inspired by it. The shoes customized by the fan have black and purple colors that resemble Spectrier and come with cute custom ghost hoof swooshes. The shoes also have colored soles, which are dyed, while the rest are hand-painted. The Pokedex number of Spectrier, 897, can also be seen on the apparel.

Pokemon Fan's Spectrier-inspired Sneakers

This is not the first time a fan has designed incredible sneakers based on Pokemon, though. A few months ago, for example, one community member created Vaporeon-inspired Nike Dunk sneakers, which had light blue and white colors and looked amazing. On the left shoe, it was possible to see an adorable Vaporeon, while the creature’s number, 134, could be seen on the right shoe.

Another noteworthy example of unique art made with a customized shoe was seen when a fan shared a Pokemon-inspired custom Vans last year. At the time, the fan painted each sneaker with different creatures. One model depicted a forest with a sleeping Snorlax, a Butterfree, and an Oddish, while the other focused on a graveyard with Ghost-type monsters like Ghastly and Chandelure.

In a similar work, a fourth fan made their own Sprigatito shoes, which were decorated by hand, and had the popular Grass-type cat Pokemon in several poses drawn on them, including it posing alongside a soda can. Apart from the Pokemon, the sneakers had a purple background with a white symbol and some dark purple bubbles. Hopefully, fans such as MelodicWeb2161 and others will continue to create these amazing apparel and share them with the community.
