Sony refreshed its PlayStation Store Holiday Sale with over 2,000 discounted games and DLC across PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. For a limited time, PlayStation Store customers can score savings on the biggest games from 2022 including FIFA 23, NBA 2K23, and FromSoftware's critically acclaimed Elden Ring.
This past December, Sony launched the PlayStation Store Holiday Sale featuring roughly 3,000 games and DLC for PS4 and PS5. Players looking to add another game to their PS4 library or newly-acquired PS5 library may do so with steep discounts during the holiday season. Games hosted during the initial sale include a 40% discount on Grand Theft Auto 5, a 43% discount on Horizon Forbidden West, and a 37% discount on Gran Turismo 7 25th Anniversary Digital Deluxe Edition. The holiday sale continued into January 2023, and PlayStation Store users can save on a wider selection of software currently available now for both consoles.
Sony refreshed the PlayStation Store Holiday sale with over 2,000 newly discounted titles including Demon's Souls, Final Fantasy 7 Remake Intergrade, Marvel's Midnight Suns, Need for Speed Unbound, and much more. Demon's Souls is among one of the best deals in the PlayStation Store sale currently with a 58% discount, bringing the PS5 game's price down from $69.99 to $29.39. Final Fantasy 7 Remake Intergrade features the Episode Intermission expansion starring the ever-popular Yuffie, and customers can save 43% and 33% off the standard and deluxe editions on PS5.
Marvel's Midnight Suns and Need for Speed Unbound released during the 2022 holiday season and quickly received substantial discounts on PS5. PlayStation Store users can save 33% on all digital editions of Marvel's Midnight Suns including the $99.99 Legendary Edition. Need for Speed Unbound is currently on sale for $41.99, which is 40% off the original $69.99 list price. Many more titles are on sale including Guilty Gear Strive, Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart, and Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales. Although the PlayStation Store sale was refreshed, many of the discounts won't last much longer.
The original PlayStation Store Holiday Sale ends on January 7 at 2:59 AM EDT, so players shouldn't wait long to save on games like Elden Ring and NBA 2K23. Newly discounted titles such as Need for Speed Unbound, Marvel's Midnight Suns and many more will be on sale until January 19 at 2:59 AM EDT. However, PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium users should double-check their library since some discounted games are available at no additional cost with the subscription.
Users should check their leftover wishlist from the holidays and browse through the discounted lineup of games currently available now in the PlayStation Store. Over 3,000 games and DLC will be heading out of the holiday sale soon as Sony looks ahead to its upcoming lineup of PS5 releases in 2023 including the DualSense Edge controller, Marvel's Spider-Man 2, and Square Enix's Final Fantasy 16.
