Blood Moon Maps In Phasmophobia

The Crimson Eye Event is back in Phasmophobia for the lead-up to Halloween of 2025. This event sees the Blood Moon take over a number of maps, making things more dangerous, but with greater rewards on the line. Players can win ID cards, trophies, and trophy upgrades, but the main attraction of Phasmophobia's Crimson Eye is the fun to be had, with the game being scarier than at other points of the year. This 2025 Halloween Event for Phasmophobia runs from 9th October - 31st October.

How To Complete The Crimson Eye Phasmophobia Event

Phasmophobia - Crimson Eye Event 2025 - Event Board

To earn points in the Phasmophobia Crimson Eye Event, players will need to complete the following three objectives as many times as possible, while playing on any of the active Blood Moon maps:

Identify ghosts correctly: Make sure to check all the evidence twice and don't get baited by the Mimic ghost upon finding Ghost Orbs.
Complete optional objectives: These are on the board in the van and might ask players to record certain ghost sounds or take specific pictures, for example.
Interact with Totems you find: At least one red Totem will spawn on each Blood Moon map. Left-click/RT/R2 to interact, and they will disappear in return for points.

Phasmophobia - Crimson Eye Event 2025 - Blood Moon Totem

In a previous Blood Moon Event, players had to photograph the Totems to make them vanish, but now the objective is to touch them.

Points gained will contribute to the community score and the player's personal goals. Progress can be checked on the Event Board in the warehouse.

For many players, events are all about possible rewards. As was the case with the Cursed Hollow event in Spring, rewards are now split into Community Rewards and Personal Rewards.

Veteran players may have already unlocked the Crimson Eye Trophy in the 2024 Blood Moon Event. It cannot be unlocked again, but can instead be upgraded via the Personal Rewards.

Crimson Eye Trophy Upgrade (Can be repeated 3 times)

Unlike last year, players will automatically receive their rewards, instead of having to log in and interact with an item in the warehouse.
