Starting at Synergy Rank 4, Merope will ask Wonder to bring a specific Persona to her before they can proceed with the 'assessment' she needs to complete to further improve her work as an Attendant. In truth, this is just a roundabout way to teach the players how to use the Persona Fusion feature in the Velvet Room, which is not so complicated. Players need to simply follow these steps:

Open the Velvet Room and select Persona Fusion

Some of the seals needed to complete these Fusions can be obtained by playing Realm of Repression incursions, and these drain Stamina, which recovers slowly. Players can increase their stamina levels by getting Coffee Aid from the Weekly rewards.

Remember that Wonder still needs to participate in Evening Night City events (meetups) with Merope to raise her synergy rank, and there are loads of other rewards that can be obtained by increasing synergy with this Confidant.
