Kazushi Miyamoto is one of the first Social Links you can start in Persona 3 Reload. You meet him by joining the track team, which in this version of the game is your only option (in older P3 editions you could choose between track, swimming, and fencing).
Kaz is the star of the track team when you join, but that status starts to change because of the protagonist's skill and a dangerous injury. As suck, the Chariot Social Link of Persona 3 Reload is less about learning to run fast and more about learning when to stop.

General Information
The Chariot Arcana of the Tarot represents action, motion, opposing forces, and the willpower to keep going in spite of those forces. Considering what happens to Kaz throughout the ranking events, this description fits him perfectly.
You can start the Chariot Social Link as early as 4/23. This link has no social stat requirements, and it unlocks access to the Strength and Star Social Links in Persona 3 Reload. Unlike Confidants in Persona 5, you don't get any skills or abilities for advancing this link, but you do get more levels when fusing Chariot Personas and access to the ultimate Chariot Persona by maxing out the link.
You can advance the Chariot Link on club days, which are Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays after school. You can see ranking events on these days if you have enough relationship points, or you can gain these points by spending time with Kaz.
To gain these points faster, you can choose the right dialog options (listed below), stock a Chariot Persona when spending time with Kaz, or join Kaz on days off when he invites you out. The exact event depends on your current Chariot rank, but two options always give you three points while one option gives you zero.
Other ways to gain relationship points are to pray at the shrine or to use Dating Site Notes on the shared computer in the evening. However, praying at the shrine passes time, and Dating Site Notes aren't available until 11/10.
