How to Get Blue Envelope in Persona 3 Reload

At the end of Persona 3 Reload, the main character and the rest of the S.E.E.S team are able to successfully beat Nyx in a final boss fight, and save the world from the Fall. However, in order to properly stop Nyx, the main character chooses to sacrifice himself in order to seal Nyx away. He uses the Great Seal ability to finish off Death, and he says his final goodbyes to the team.

This sacrifice allows the S.E.E.S members to finally be rid of the Dark Hour, and the world can live on peacefully. Luckily, though, the team gets to spend a bit more time with the main character as he returns to accompany them through graduation day. As Aigis and the main character wait on the rooftop of the school for the other members to arrive, it seems that the main character slowly passes away in his sleep.

However, if you complete the game on Merciless Mode, you will receive a gift from Elizabeth, the assistant found in the Velvet Room, for 'overcoming great hardship'. She will give you the Blue Envelope, which has the following description: "At the end of a great trial, the answer illuminates my path."

Jin and Takaya once again try to get in SEES' way on the eve of the Fall, so you need to fight them both in a two-part rematch in Persona 3 Reload.

What Does the Blue Envelope Mean?

At the moment, it seems that there is nothing that can be done with the Blue Envelope in the game. You can check its description once you have begun a New Game+ file, where you'll find it under the Materials & Valuables section.

Although there is nothing you can do with the Blue Envelope, many people believe it is a hint to an upcoming DLC featuring The Answer, which originally came as an additional episode for Persona 3 FES. Luckily, to those who have guessed there would be DLC for the game, they were right, as it was announced that Persona 3 Reload will be receiving future DLC, including The Answer. While we are unsure if the Blue Envelope was actually a hint to this, it seems quite likely due to the mention of an answer in the Blue Envelope's description.
