1 Nekomata
An Adorable Cat Girl

An early game Persona, Nekomata can be recruited by fusing Asparas with either Orpheus or Pixie, making her one of the easiest Personas to gain. She has some useful early-game skills such as Agi and Dia, and is one of the best Personas, aesthetically speaking.
As her name is indicative of, Nekomata appears as an adorable cat girl, complete with cat ears, a face mask that looks like there are whiskers on it, and a fluffy white jacket as though to mimic the appearance and feel of soft cat fur. This makes her one of the cutest Personas players can find throughout the entire game.
2 Hua Po
A Small, Winged Persona

This small and charming Persona can only be acquired through fusion once the player has reached the corresponding level and has the necessary Personas to fuse her: Oberon and Rakshasa, or Principality and Zouchouten. Players also need the item Small Cheongsam to unlock the ability to fuse her, but she is well worth the effort.
Hua Po is not only a very handy Persona to have in rotation, but she is also simply adorable. A small sprite-like woman with wings and pigtails, Hua Po is one of the cutest-looking Personas players can unlock in Reload.
3 Neko Shogun

Instead, Neko Shogun is an adorable bipedal black cat dressed in Shogun garb, looking as though someone has dressed up their beloved family pet in a costume. But shadows should beware, because this cute kitty still has claws.
4 Jack-O'-Lantern

One of the two Jack brothers in the series is Jack-O'-Lantern, who can be found in the Arqa block of Persona or gained by fusing Archangel with either Ara Mitama or Onmoraki. As one of the fire-based Personas, Jack-O'-Lantern is as valuable as they are cute.
Their witch garb and pumpkin face make them look like an adorable Halloween mascot and certainly endear them to the player. Not to mention the Theurgy ability they are a part of, which is equally charming as it is hilarious.
5 Pixie

Found in the lower levels of Tartarus or acquired by fusing the Personas Silky and Tam Lin, Pixie is one of the easiest Personas players will get and is valued for its innate healing skills. But, Pixie is also valued on an aesthetic level, as they are one of the cutest creatures in the whole game.

6 Alice

One of the strongest Personas in Persona 3 Reload is also one of the cutest: Alice. Belonging to the Death arcana, Alice can only be acquired through a special fusion that requires specific Personas, and the player must be level 68. This makes her one of the hardest Personas to recruit, but she is certainly worth the effort.
Based on the character from Lewis Carroll's eccentric novel, Alice assumes the form of a young and cutesy girl in a pretty blue dress with long blonde hair. Her more human appearance may not be as exciting as the more creature-like Personas, but there is no denying that Alice is simply adorable.
7 Jack Frost

Of course, the most adorable and loveable Persona not just in Reload but across the series, is Jack Frost. He is seen as the mascot for the game, appearing in every title and as merchandise inside and outside the games.
This adorable ice-themed snowman-esque Persona is a favorite among fans, with his appearance being as cute as it is iconic. The constant smile he wears on his face is infectious, as players can't help but smile whenever they see Jack Frost.
