Andre Laurent Jean Geraux, better known as Bebe, is a foreign exchange student and the Temperance Social Link in Persona 3 Reload. You won't need any high-leveled Social Stats to start Bebe's Social Link, but you can miss it by not doing the Hierophant Social Link. If you're choosing the best answers and have the proper Persona, then you should have no trouble ranking up Persona 3 Reload's Temperance Social Link on your first playthrough.

What Days is Bebe Available?
You will need to complete Rank 2 of the Hierophant Social Link to meet Bebe. He will mention the home economics room at Gekkoukan High, so you'll want to stop in on days the club is open. You can spend time with Bebe on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. The Home Economics Room is located in the right wing of the 1st Floor Hallway.
Like all other student/school Social Links, you won't be able to Rank Up the Temperance Social Link the week before exams or during holidays.

How to Rank Up Temperance Fast
While most of your dialogue choices for Bebe net you points, you'll want to choose the best options to level up the Social Link quicker. If you're lacking in points, you can spend time with Bebe on Sundays (if he messages you) or during holidays. However, doing this is generally not recommended on a first playthrough, as you'll want to spend your free time leveling up your Social Stats or working on other Social Links.
Before spending time with Bebe, have a Persona of the Temperance Arcana in your team. This can be any of the following:
- Nigi Mitama
- Mitra
- Genbu
- Seiryu
- Okuninushi
- Suzaku
- Byakko (requires the completion of Koromaru's Link Episodes)

For Rank 10, any dialogue option you choose will give you the same points (+3). Bebe will also give you the Money Pouch key item, which allows you to fuse Yurlungur, the Ultimate Persona of the Temperance Arcana. Yurlungur's base level is 71, so depending on when you're completing the Social Link, it might be some time before you can fuse it.
