The Big Bang Theory Collides With The Sims 4

A Sims fan called TheSimulatiomGirl has shared their build of the apartment belonging to Penny from The Big Bang Theory within The Sims 4. In addition to a series of screenshots, the player shared a video demonstrating how they made the build, which contains no custom content. Every room of Penny's apartment has been meticulously recreated, including the bedroom, bathroom, and living room. The likeness is excellent, and should be recognizable to any fan of the TV series. Those who like the build and want it for themselves can get it by accessing The Sims 4 Gallery and looking for it under the ID TheSimssGirl.

Other players in the comments have been quick to praise the build for its accuracy, saying that it looks "almost identical" to the original apartment. Some joked about a few minor missing elements, like the recreated apartment not being messy enough, which Penny's apartment was notorious for in The Big Bang Theory. Another joked about adding adhesive ducks to the recreated apartment's shower floor, referring to a classic episode of the show where Penny had to rely upon Sheldon for help after injuring herself falling in the bath, which Sheldon points out could have been avoided with adhesive anti-slip ducks.

Of course, Penny's apartment wouldn't be the same without her neighbors across the hall, Sheldon and Leonard. TheSimulatiomGirl has noted that they intend to make their apartment too, so that they have a proper apartment complex, just like in the show.
