The third installment to the Payday series sees players infiltrating nightclubs, art museums, and executive penthouse suites in the pursuit of cash and other valuables. In Payday 3's final mission, Touch the Sky, players must break into a skyscraper penthouse and acquire an encrypted drive full of classified information.
Before players can extract the drive, they will have to decrypt the drive to access the information and earn the full loot available for this mission.

Securing and Decrypting the Drive
After players gain access to the office vault in Payday 3's Touch the Sky heist, they will want to search inside for the bedroom vault code. Find the code that matches the fingerprints on the PIN pad and open the bedroom vault.
Be sure to reveal the bedroom vault by pulling the correct book on the bookshelf in the master bedroom. Inside, there will be a variety of baggable loot, but the main prize will be inside the safe - the secured SSD.
Crack the safe and grab the drive, along with the other loot located in the bedroom vault. If players bring a zipline bag into the mission, the zipline will allow players to quickly travel from the master bedroom to the balcony, where the helicopter will extract players, allowing quick relocation of the other loot in the vault.
While some players are moving bags, one or two players will want to head to the upstairs office and connect the SSD to the computer. Players will now need to hold out while the SSD is decrypted. Interact with the computer to begin the process. While the hard drive is decrypting, continue securing the remaining loot from the two vaults - if players were able to secure the penthouse and all hostages without raising alarms, all loot can be easily secured and moved to the roof for extraction.
If things get a little out of hand and the police assault starts, players will want to be prepared for a fight, as police will attempt to recover the bags of loot while the decryption is in progress, and players will not be able to signal for extraction until the drive is fully decrypted. When the encryption is finished, bag up the hard drive and prepare to extract.
Once the drive is unlocked, players will want to rush to the balcony and interact with the flare on the planter. The getaway helicopter will make its way in to pick up players and all the loot; move quickly if the police assault is ongoing, as many heavily armored enemies will be sent in to try to stop the players from getting out. Although it is one of the more difficult heists, getting out with the decrypted SSD will award players over half a million dollars for their efforts, plus bonuses from additional loot, so it's certainly worth the effort.
