Path of Exile 2 has many features and mechanics that you will have to learn to progress effectively. But while most of them are active throughout the entire gameplay, some are only available in a few locations. So in this guide, we will tell you how to get and use Sacred Water in Path of Exile 2.
Sacred Water is a resource unique to Trial of the Sekhemas. It will help you get better rewards or make your next run easier, if you can collect enough of this water, of course.
Path of Exile 2: Blasphemy Explained
Blasphemy is a Meta Skill in Path of Exile 2 that can turn Curses into Auras surrounding the player. Here is how to use it.
How to Get Sacred Water in Path of Exile 2
Once you've reached and progressed a bit in Act 2 of Path of Exile 2, players will be able to Ascend their characters. In simple terms, this is the ability to choose one of two subclasses of your current build. To do this, you must complete the Trial of the Sekhemas, which also contains Sacred Water in Path of Exile 2.
There are several ways to earn Sacred Water currency in Path of Exile 2 while completing Trials of the Sekhemas. The first and least effective is by wiping out enemies. From time to time, they can drop a small amount of Sacred Water upon death, especially rare enemies.
In addition, some rooms in these Trials contain a Sacred Water Fountain. To interact with them, you will first have to clear the room. But unlike the previous method, the Fountain will reward you with significantly more Sacred Water in Path of Exile 2.
Path of Exile 2: How to Get a Mount
In Path of Exile 2, the Rhoa Mount is a companion creature that allows players to ride it in combat. Here is how to get it.
How to Use Sacred Water in Path of Exile 2
First of all, it is worth noting that Sacred Water not only drops in Trial of the Sekhemas but is also used exclusively in this place. And as soon as you leave Tiral, all your earned currency will be lost. And here are all the ways to use Sacred Water in Path of Exile 2:
Restoring Honor
Saving as much Honor as possible is the main task in Trial of the Sekhemas, which, fortunately, Sacred Water in Path of Exile 2 will help you with. In the rooms, you can find special shrines that will restore a little of your Honor in exchange for Sacred Water. But you need to wisely create a path through the Trial since not every room contains the shrine you need.
Buying Boons and Relics
During your run, you will occasionally encounter a Merchant who will offer you various goods in exchange for your Sacred Water. Boons will enhance your abilities to clear the next rooms, while Relics will help you in the next run.
Crafting Keys
At the end of the Trial of the Sekhemas, players can exchange their remaining Sacred Water for various keys. And depending on the amount of currency received, the keys can be of different quality, such as Bronze, Silver, etc. So you can open even more treasure chests there. And we highly recommend spending all the earned Sacred Water in Path of Exile 2 to get the most out of them.
