While most of the gameplay in Paper Mario: The Origami King is focused on puzzle-based combat and platforming, there's still a large portion of the game that is devoted to collecting items. This means that there are hundreds of hidden items scattered all over Paper Mario that are easy to miss and highly desirable for players hoping to 100% the game. There are several of these collectibles hidden in Toad Town, so don't miss a single one.
Number 4. Torch from Peach's Castle
The number 4 item is hidden right at the beginning of Toad Town. This item is hidden in a treasure chest on the left side of the bridge, but the door to get there is under the right side of the bridge, next to the little red mushroom house pictured here. The item is a torch from Princess Peach's castle.
Number 5. Camp Speaker
The Camp Speaker is also located at the beginning of Toad Town, in the front row of houses, to the left of the entrance. Go into the house pictured below, exit out the back door, and Mario will find himself in the backyard.
Go to the right and there will be a treasure chest with the Camp Speaker inside. Thankfully, the treasure chests are easy to see, even if players have the super dulled colorblindness mode on.
Number 6. Coins
The Coins item in Paper Mario: the Origami King is hidden up on the roof of the little cafe in Toad Town. Players will have to open the umbrella at the back table, rip down the siding, and then fight the giant goomba. Then they will get the Number 6 item, which is coins.
Number 13. Log Cabin
In the same house with the giant goomba on top that players just got the coins from, they can go in the second floor door. There is a treasure chest inside that is hold in the Log Cabin, which is not one of the inappropriate Easter eggs in the game.
Number 119. Princess Peach Doll
After beating Paper Mario: the Origami King, which should take about 30 hours, players can go back to Toad Town to collect the Princess Peach collectible. It will be sold in the store.
Number 120. Origami Cranes
After players have beaten the game, there will be a toad in the center the road at the beginning of town. It'll chat with Mario about how he hopes to be able to put the town's diorama in his house. Right next to him is the 120th collectible treasure, the Origami Cranes. Players can just pick it up off of the ground, and they should prepare to be folded!
Number 14. Mario
The Mario statue can only be obtained in exchange for the hook that opens the sewer. So players will want to wait until the end of the game to give it back. The green toad that opens the sewer will give the Mario statue as a reward for giving back his hook.
Number 7. Colored Pencils
Behind the big, red brick building in Toad Town, there is a pier that leads to nowhere. But once players beat the game, they can bonk the barrel at the end of the pier with their hammer and have a chat with a collectibles salesmen. This is where players can buy the Number 7 collectible, Colored Pencils. This will commemorate that boss battle against Colored Pencils in Paper Mario: the Origami King.

The Rubber Bands, Number 8. The Hole Punch, Number 9. The Tape, Number 10. Scissors, Number 11. Stapler, Number 12.
Number 15. Bowser
Players must defeat all bosses again in the Bossotronic Fighter Battle Machine to earn this coveted trophy of Bowers, which is collectible number 15. Once the Bowser's difficult boss battle is finally completed, players can talk to Toad in the Bosstronic to get their prize.
