A Palworld player demonstrated their dedication to the pink Pal called Lovander by showing off their collection of the ones that are considered Alpha Pals, making them rare in both quantity and size. The gigantic Lovander collection caught the attention of other Palworld players on social media, with some players asking where these critters were caught.
Classified as a Neutral-type Pal, Lovander is a pink, salamander-like creature that prowls the dry regions of Palworld at nighttime and can wander either alone or in pairs. Standing at nearly twice the height of the player character, Lovander's height and distinct, feminine body shape make it easy to spot in the wilds. In a fight, Lovander is deceptively fast and has access to a variety of attacks, such as Poison Blast, Acid Rain, and Implode. Its Partner Skill is called Love Drain, which allows Lovander's attacks to steal the HP of its foes to heal itself and the player for a portion of the damage done. When used at a base, Lovander's handiwork and transport skills make it suitable to use early on. Between its design and its versatility, Lovander has quickly become one of the top Neutral-type Pals in Palworld.
With Lovander's design catching the eyes of Palworld fans, one player decided to take their dedication to the pink Pal to a new level. A Reddit user named PrinceHans101 shared three screenshots in a post on the r/Palworld subreddit. In the montage, the OP stated that they caught three Alpha Lovanders, with one in their party and the other two in their base. The OP stated that the Alpha Lovanders have a chance to spawn inside the Volcanic Cavern dungeons located around Mount Obsidian, which is located on the western side of the world map. These fiery dens have a low chance of the Alpha Pal at the end being a Lovander, with the title "Pal on the Prowl" to indicate its status.
Palworld Player Shows Off A Trio of Tall Lovanders
The OP also shared a screenshot in the comments of how tall an average-sized Lovander was compared to both an Alpha variant and the player character. In the comments of PrinceHans101's post, some Palworld players made references to humorous moments from Futurama and some asked where the pink Pal was obtained. The OP said that they eventually went back to the Volcanic Caverns and caught more Alpha Lovanders to mine minerals for their base.
Between building impressive bases and filling out the Paldeck, Palworld players continue to express their creativity in different ways. As Palworld changes during early access, only time will tell how players will adapt to it.
