In a world where Pals are infinitely more useful, and there isn't that much trading going around, Gold Coins can still be useful when meeting the right people. In this case, it is when meeting the various Pal Merchants or the more shady Black Marketeers that this resource becomes important.

Just as you would buy items from vendors in other games, Gold Coins can be used in Palworld to obtain items, supplies, and even rare Pals that you might not have in the collection just yet. It is always advisable to have a good stash of Gold Coins in the inventory, ready to be used when the need arises.

Getting More Gold Coins in Palworld

There are several methods to help players grow their supply of Gold Coins in Palworld. For starters, prepare to do more raids on enemy encampments and eliminate the human foes guarding the area as they sometimes drop Gold Coins. Also, open any treasure chests you come across in the wild as they can also yield plentiful Gold Coins.

A better and more surefire way of guaranteeing a supply of Gold Coins is to use the Ranch facility back at the base. Unlockable at Technology Level 5, players can then put the right Pals to work to generate an endless supply of Gold Coins.
